We use our extensive network of owners, brokers, and other professionals to identify underutilized, mismanaged, or distressed in-fill opportunities.  Typically that includes covered land plays with existing cash flow, partially completed developments, and land for ground-up construction.  We look to maximize the best use of the property in the most expedient way possible.
